At DanceShopper, it is our pleasure to serve you with an exceptional level of service comparable to the quality of the fine products we offer. If for any reason you wish to return your order, we will gladly extend our generous refund guarantee and your return must be received within 30 days(since the day item was delivered). All returns must be pre-authorized.
To request a return, please log into your DanceShopper.com account. On the “My Account” page, click the “Return” link for the order you'd like to return and fill out the “Return Request” form. After you submit the request, a “Return Approved” email will be sent along with the return instructions and return address.
1. All returns need to be requested online and they will be approved. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded and the customers will be responsible for all the costs and loss (shipment fees, etc.)
2. For both US and international orders, the return procedure (including placing the return request and sending back return items) needs to be completed within 30 days after the last merchandise in the order received.
3. All returned items will be examined once they have been received. Any unqualified return(s)/ exchange item(s) will be returned to the customer at the customer's expense.
4. Any problem (damaged/defective/missing/incorrect items) regarding to the received package, should contact us within 5 days of took delivery, or the request would not be accepted. We will replace the new product for you if any damaged/ incorrect items are received; however, please leave the product in its original packaging.
5. Returned items that are not received in the original packing will be subject to a 50% repackaging fee.
6. The purchaser will be responsible for the re-shipping fee if the shipment was failed delivery for any reason. To avoid unnecessary loss of time and money, please provide us with your correct order information. If you do not wish your order to be returned to you, we will treat your returned parcel as a return order and any charge/credit/restriction will be applied as per our return policy.
7. All sales of Clearance items are final. Sale Quantities and Pricing stated are while supplies last. No return of Clearance items will be permitted for refund, credit or exchange unless product is damaged or is defective upon to examination.
8. If your order was placed during our Sale event, the same discount will be offered for the exchange order (only for the same style with different color and size).
9. Many of the items we sell have a Special Return Policy and certain products are subject to a re-stocking fee. Please view the Special Return Policy below to find out if items you purchased are affected.
10. To keep our Lowest Price Guarantee and Free Shipping for our customers, High-frequency or Large quantities of Returns may have an extra re-stocking fee . Please contact us if you have any question or concern before placing a order.

Refund: A corresponding restocking fee will be charged for the relevant item category
Exchange: No restocking fee will be charged.
Store Credit: No restocking fee will be charged, and the item cost of the return will be kept as store credit for future purchases.
For your protection, we suggest that you carefully pack the return parcel and return it to us by a carrier that offers parcel tracking information (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS Registered Mail). DanceShopper is not liable for any costs associated with the damage or loss of any return shipment during transit.
For Australia or New Zealand orders, if you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase to our local warehouse in Australia.
Please allow 10-15 business days for your return to be processed once we have received the merchandise. All returned items will be examined once received and you will be informed by email if your return has qualified for credit or a replacement.
Credit card companies vary in the time they take to reflect a credit to your account or monthly statement. Please allow 1 - 2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
DanceShopper reserves the right to change all return policy without further notice. Should there be any disputes on the order, DanceShopper's decision shall be final.
